3. The certificate for academic rights (about higher-secondary graduation).  It is issued by Ministry of Education and Science of the country where an applicant came from.
4. A copy of the passport with Ukrainian translation and notarized.

6. A medical certificate from a hospital of the country where an applicant came from.
7. Insurance policy in Ukraine.

1. The high school certificate (with Ukrainian translation) and certified by:
• Notary;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where an applicant came from;
• Embassy of Ukraine of the country where an applicant came from.
2. Transcript (with Ukrainian translation) and notarized.
3. A copy of the passport with Ukrainian translation and notarized.
4. 24 photos 3,5x4,5.
5. A medical certificate from a hospital of the country where an applicant came from.
6. Insurance policy in Ukraine.
7. The certificate about finishing the preparation language courses (original). Students who finished the preparation language courses may enroll in the 1st year at the International Humanitarian University.
8. The certificate about finishing preparation language courses is not required for students who conclude the contract for studying in English.

1. The high school certificate (with Ukrainian translation) and certified by:
• Notary;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where an applicant came from;
• Embassy of Ukraine of the country where an applicant came from.
2. Transcript (with Ukrainian translation) and notarized.
3. The academic transcript (enrolling the 2,3,4,5 years) wherein disciplines, number of hours, credits, exams (original) are pointed out (for students who studied at Ukrainian Universities).
4. The academic transcript (enrolling the 2,3,4,5 years) wherein disciplines, number of hours, credits, exams are pointed out (with Ukrainian translation) and certified by:
• Notary;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where an applicant came from;
• Embassy of Ukraine of the country where an applicant came from.
5. The academic transcript has to be with affixed apostil of the country where the foreign student came from.
6. The academic transcript has to be certified by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (with agreeing about enrolling in the IHU).
7. Upon enrolling the 4th year of medical direction students have to provide:
• The certificate about passing integrated license exam “Krok 1” (for students who studied at Ukrainian Universities).
• The order for expulsion from the last University (for students who studied at Ukrainian Universities).
• The agreement letter about moving to the IHU (for students who studied at Ukrainian Universities).

A list of documents for enrolling foreign students on the base of the higher education diploma in the International Humanitarian University

1. The basic higher education diploma with Ukrainian translation and certified by:
• Notary;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where an applicant came from;
• Embassy of Ukraine of the country where an applicant came from.
2. The diploma has to be with affixed apostil of the country where the foreign student came from.
3. The diploma has to be certified by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (with agreeing about enrolling in the IHU).
4. A copy of the passport with Ukrainian translation and notarized.
5. 24 photos 3,5x4,5.
6. A medical certificate from a hospital of the country where an applicant came from.
7. Insurance policy in Ukraine.
8. The certificate about finishing the preparation language courses (original). Students who finished the preparation language courses may enroll in the 1st year at the International Humanitarian University.
9. The certificate about finishing preparation language courses is not required for students who conclude the contract for studying in English.
